I am definitely not a fan of romance but this book just has my heart!!
Natasha and her family are going to be deported back to their native country and she has just this one day to prevent the relegation.
Daniel is a korean american and he has just this one day to get accepted into Yale and prove to be the responsible son and provident citizen.
Yet this is the day destiny chooses them to meet.
The two of them posses the polar opposite personalities; former quite logical and latter a bit believer of fate.
Well, it does seem a little bit boring but believe me it isn't. The whole 300 pages just tell the story of a single day from the perspectives of different people. And the main theme is how various people that might seem to be in the background are the most crucial. If you like "The Fault in our Stars" than you will love this one.
"The trouble with getting your hopes too far up is: it's a long way down."
